| Another huge disadvantage for solo players in The Summit Posted: 25 Nov 2020 02:47 PM PST The Interceptor Unit events can be done in a crew. As a solo player you need to take down 8 outlaws. With two players you need to take down 10 outlaws (= 5 outlaws per player). Obviously that's a massive disadvantage for solo players. So the things you need to earn by playing the game to progress through the motorpass, are in the motorpass as a PREMIUM reward!!! That is the very definition of filler content... is that worth 80k CC to all of you who have purchased this already (whether you had the CC saved up or not)? This is the kind of thing that if we continue to support through our wallets, it will only get worse. In this very first pass, that all their effort would have gone into, their best first attempt to get us to buy it, contains 15 filler items (and I'm being generous), these being emotes, Bucks and motorstar packs. Personally, 29 of the 50 items in that pass I think are absolute trash. And the only new playable content we seem to be getting is 8 events every two months. The reason they aren't releasing all 8 events at the same time is because they are drip feeding it, trying to hide the fact they made very few new things for us to actually do. We should demand better value for our money, and the fact they've put motorstar packs in there negates any counter argument to the motorpass being worth 80k CC. I haven't spent before in this game because I was happy to support it in return for what we were getting, but in return they need to give us actual new playable content on a scale of the Summit, and let us purchase what we want without having to spend money on a bunch of shit at the same time. I was fine with it because they had the dailies that gave it to me for free, but now they ditched dailies so you have to buy the shitty battle pass. Bring back dailies, or add in a new way to make more Crew Credits, and maybe I'll start playing this game regularly again. [link] [comments] | ||
