Repeated Summits - I hope past winners don’t have their position recorded

I noticed some of the upcoming Summits are repeats of previous ones. I like this as it gives more players the opportunity to win special edition vehicles they missed out on.

I hope however that the developers have carefully thought about this and tweaked the prize eligibility appropriately. It would be pretty ridiculous if for example someone who won a Bugatti Divo Magma Edition last year can have their position recorded in the repeat and take away the opportunity from someone else - especially considering the fact we can only own one copy of each car, making any attempt at wining the same car twice objectively pointless.

Just imagine if 500 players who already own the Bugatti Divo Magma Edition get in the top 3000, they win no vehicle and neither do the people that just missed it. Literally nobody wins that allocated vehicle.
