    Ghost Road => Is there a story behind the race?

    There are a ton of crashed hot air balloons in the race, but only now did I notice, they disappear when you end the race, meaning they are placed there for a specific reason.

    Why are there dozens of crashed hot air balloons on this event and why is it actually called "Ghost Road"?

    Events for these forgotten Areas/Tracks

    I feel that some of these areas deserve to have events in them because they seem to have been forgotten about because of how big the map is but i could definitely see events being put in these places and from what I've seen in the game it looks like many of these areas where going to have events but for whatever reason the devs didn't finish their work. You can see the props and barriers but the only thing missing is a playable event.

    I also think these events should be included in the crew 2's PVP. Additionally i also think the Motocross discipline should have its own events that we can select in PVP just like how we can select Street Events.

    These are the areas in the Crew 2 where events would work.

    Wind Power Plant (Already has some jumps in it) i think this was going to be either a motocross event area or a rallycross event area because there are jumps that have been put in there.

    ​

    The wind power plant can be found if you go into the game and go to skills then if you select the discipline and go to offroad, skills will appear on the map, one of them is Offroad Slalom skill, look below Chicago its somewhere below it.

    Area 2

    Jackson Hole Ice Track

    Compared to the first game this area has been downgraded in one way, its called the ice track but the track itself is dirt not ice, i went into the game today and i can confirm, in the first game the track was actually ice but in the crew 2 they changed it too dirt. They will have to fix this one day because the ice track was a fun place in TC1 and they just need to make the track ice instead of dirt.

    This area would a good for rallycross and motocross events i looked at it in game and i saw jumps on the track so this area could definitely work for offroad events. The area even has a blimp in the sky above the track and has checkpoints which look like bottles, there are also other props.

    Area 3

    Nashville

    I feel that there could be some race events in this city, there are certain cities that have just been forgotten about and i hope we can see some events in this city at some point.

    Docks near Miami

    There were some cool docks i saw near Miami and i think they would be good areas for PVP events.

    Area 5

    Golden Hills Race Track, Little Eagle Mazda Laguna Seca, Long Beach Race Track, and many more

    I think we all know about golden hills race track and Mazda laguna seca, and Long Beach, its clear the devs didn't finish their work with these tracks any many others because no events were added to these tracks, the tracks themselves and the props are fine but there are no events

    I didn't want to add too many areas in the list but the first two are definitely areas that deserve to have events in them.

    What do you guys think ? will Ivory Tower finish the unfished work with these tracks and areas in the The Crew 2 ?

    My main issues with The Crew 2

    I bought the game because I loved the concept of The Crew originally and I also put a good 200 hours in that game as well. And since we don't really have a "forza kind" (and what i mean by that is: good graphics, decent physics, open world driving experience, bunch of cars and costumization) game like on xbox, which is a bit casual, you can drive around and so on, I think that The Crew 2 is the only option for these kinds of requirements for a game on PS4. So as of right now I have about 45-50 hours or so in the game. Which was good experience at first but as I was progressing throughout the game it became more and more frustrating. My main issues with the game is that it's literally worse than the previous title expect the sounds of some cars. Let me tell you about my main points.

    Handling:

    If you don't get to Icon level you don't even have a chance tuning the cars, and until that point cars are like unpredictable boats on a road. And even after you can tune such things like the "ESP" which makes you battle the cars during a race or play with the roll bars in order not to understeer, the cars handling is just straight up terrible in my opinion. I had encounters where I tuned the cars to a "driveable" level where it wasn't that bad, even then the cars are just behaving odd and in some cases are understeering or oversteering depending on the cars mood. I think you cannot go one single clean race without bumping into at least one or two things without a wheel which would give you more precise movements.

    Loading time:

    Now I have a standard PS4 which is not really an up to date machine but since the title is out on it, I think it should run somewhat decent on it(at least thats my thought process) but you get constant fps drops since if you are going too fast the game cannot render objects that fast as you are going so it makes the game lag, which is pretty annoying in pvp for example. Not only that, but if you crash into something or dump the car in the water you get an animation (which also is the back on track option on default) or loading time to get back you onto the road that takes about 7-8 seconds in the worst cases.

    Cars:

    Now I was quite happy with more cars being added to the new game but I came to the realisation it's not really more, you just have the same cars over and over in different disciplines. And that wouldn't be a problem since the whole game is built around that but for example Ford has 30 cars in total which has 8 Ford Focuses but in different disciplines?!?! Not to mention the other manufactures in the game which also has this problem. My main point is you really get bored with the game after a while and stop grinding because it just becomes boring.

    All in all I am not hating on the game but this game is just isn't good enough to compete with it's xbox rival, or even with the previous title.
