    steering wheel problems

    So guys I'm new here but I've been on the crew 2 for probably a year now, and I bought a steering wheel just a little over 8 months ago, and decided this would be a great time to do a road trip, (cause of the virus) and ran into a sorta big problem, (I'm also on Xbox one, this is important) my Logitech g920 brake pedal won't work at all, I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it still won't work, anybody know how to fix it?

    Cop Chase Mini-game(?

    First of all, this is not an original idea by me, we all know this is community's just because of the lack of cops in The Crew 2. I just thought of this a little bit deeper than usual and came up with this. Feel free to play it with your friends.

    ​

    If you play this mini-game with a full crew (4) it's cool; now, if you manage to play with the whole session (7 players) this will be way better, but harder to make it happen. (I'd recommend you to make a party for voicechat in your console; if you are on PC, you can use discord or any other voicechat media)

    ​

    How it works

    If you are playing with four players, one will be the Most Wanted (Racer), two will be Cops, and the last one will be Dispatch. Dispatch is the one who keeps the pursuit running in-case the cops are out-runned. IF you are seven players, the five will be cops.

    Now, in this mini-game, dispatch will be an helicopter that spectates and controls the pursuit from above the sky, giving orders or advices to the cops in pursuit. (You can even talk like officer if it's not cringey for you lol)

    Dispatch also could increase the condition (or "Heat") of the pursuit at will or because of time. You can modify the amount of conditions and how they work at your liking.

    An example would be:

    ​

    • Condition 1: There is no Crown Victoria, so feel free to put a basic car here :(
    • Condition 2: Dodge Charger SRT-8
    • Condition 3: Dodge Charger SRT-8, Corvette Stingray, Roadblocks
    • Condition 4: Corvette Stingray, Porsche 911 GT3, Roadblocks
    • Condition 5: Porsche 911 GT3, Roadblocks, Rhinos
    • Condition 6: Porsche 911 GT3, Lamborghini Huracán, Roadblocks, Rhinos.
    • Condition 7: Bugatti Veyron, Pagani Huayra, Roadblocks, Rhinos, helicopter blocking.
    • Condition 8: Pagani Huayra, McLaren P1, Roadblocks, Rhinos, helicotper blocking.
    • Condition 9: McLaren P1, Koenigsegg Agera R, Roadblocks, Rhinos, helicopter blocking.
    • Condition 10: Koenigsegg Agera R, Koenigesgg Jesko, Roadblocks, Rhinos, helicopter blocking.

    (Note: Roadblocks and Rhinos would be possible if 6 or 7 players are playing)

    (Other note: Feel free to change the cars above if you want, you are playing it with your friends, so enjoy.)

    When the Dispatch player increases the Condition or Heat, the half of the amount of cops will change their vehicles to the next tier. When Dispatch increases the condition again, the players with the "worst car performance" will change to the cars that are next.

    ​

    Example: Say, the Pursuit is at Condition 3 and the cops have Dodge's and Corvette's; if the Dispatch Player changes the Pursuit to Condition 4, the players with Dodge's will change to Porsche 911 GT3's, and Corvette's will stay the same. It will keep alternating.

    ​

    How can the Most Wanted win?

    By out-running both Cops and Dispatch. (Not easy)

    Or by surviving the pursuit for 20 minutes straight (or the time the players specify before playing).

    ​

    How can the Law Enforcers win?

    Cops can either win by making the Racer get stuck for 5 mississippi seconds.

    Or by giving the Racer a total of 5 fatal blows to his/her car. (Rhinos are automatically fatal blows, roadblocks can give fatal blows too if the Racer crashes at high-speed).

    As I said before, you can play this with four players pretty decently (without Rhinos and Roadblocks), but if you manage to play with the whole session, it could be awesome.

    Sorry if this is long, but I wanted to share these "deeper" ideas I thought about. For this game you obviously need to have the cars, so I would farm some money before playing this mini-game if I were you.
