Posted: 01 Dec 2020 05:27 AM PST You gave us a battle pass, the thing we least wanted, because it just locks most vehicles behind a pay walls. You gave us 14 new vehicles, for now only 8, which 4 of which are available for purchase, and the other 4 cop cars which are the main part of the update are locked because of the battle pass. The cop cars we can buy are way too overpriced. Also we can't even buy vanity items now because you removed contracts. Damn this would've been a great game if you actually listened to what us and added what we wanted and if you didn't only try to get money from us. [link] [comments] | ||
| So I was doing some math regarding Motorpass Posted: 01 Dec 2020 02:09 PM PST Before 'The Chase' update, contracts allowed for you to earn 1,500 cc daily with the occasional 2,500 cc or 5,000 cc contract, but we'll disregard those to make the math easier since the probability statistics for those contracts aren't transparent. Anyway...The Motorpass is the only way to earn CC now. It is 54 days in length with an opportunity to earn 20,000 cc if you didn't buy into the premium scheme. Now, everyone already has a pretty loose idea how terrible earning CC through the Motorpass is, but it's interesting to look at some hard figures. So... Live Contracts: 1,500cc per day x 54 days = 81,000 cc Versus the 20,000 cc received by earning levels in the Motorpass. That breaks down to around 371cc per day compared to 1,500cc of Live Contracts. They cut the player base's ability to earn cc to less than 25% as an incentive to participate in a premium Motorpass which is an even worse value proposition. Posted: 01 Dec 2020 02:28 PM PST Just got this in the steam sale literally because it has the two cars (albeit not correct model years) that my wife and I are arguing between to but hopefully next year or the year after a gt4 or the evora. They both sound fantastic. However the c7 corvette in the game sounds a lot louder than my real one. I am just curious about the audio sources. AFAIK forza sourced and recorded as many of the real deals as possible and I'm fairly certain this game doesn't touch the forza budget... Other than that I bought this game Saturday and already have like 9 hours playing it and some of my dream cars and real car purchased. | Steam Achievement won’t unlock Posted: 01 Dec 2020 11:26 AM PST Hi, I played this game on Ubisoft a long time ago but I now bought it on Steam as it was on sale and I like having all games in one place. However, achievements I had already unlocked won't unlock on Steam, even when I do them again. For example: "change the color of one vehicle in your home" is an achievement I had already completed but if I do it now it won't unlock. Does anyone know how to fix this? I currently do the Dallas Hypercar race which is a 12minute race and rewards me with 120,000 .(with buck upgrades and perk bonus). You would think it gives you a higher probability of getting golden parts, but some people claim it only gives you higher bonus on affixes (so you are more likely to get Pure at 8% than 4%). I did some tests but results were not very clear. Also, does Goldfinder works as expected? I've read somewhere it has a max limit, but I haven't tested yet. [link] [comments] | ||
