Can you remove the fender flairs and spoiler from the Rally Cross '69 Charger?

I'd love to have a General Lee as my Rally Cross car, but before I buy a '69 Charger I'm wondering if you can remove the fender flares and spoiler from it. I know you couldn't remove those things from the dirt version of the car in The Crew 1, but I'm hoping they changed that for The Crew 2 like they did with the street versions.
