We've hit 20,000 subscribers! I would like to thank you all for being here and making this a fun place for discussions and pictures.

/r/The_Crew started in June of 2013 after the E3 announcement of The Crew. I was so excited for the game, that I made this subreddit and was discovered by Ivory Tower.

Since then we have developed a great relationship with the team. We get daily visits from them. We also have some moderators as well as members on The Pit Crew and Ubisoft Star Player roster, so please keep the suggestions, feedback and pictures flowing.

I am glad to be a part of the community we have here which is so great. We have a bright future ahead and none of it would be possible without you all. So thank you so much and keep on keepin' on.

On to the details

Ivory Tower was gracious in letting us have 10,000 CC for this photo contest. This will help you buy vanity items in the far and beyond shop.

rules

1 submission per person
Submit pictures using Imgur or The Crew Hub if possible and in this thread or you'll be disqualified.
Pictures of pictures will be removed and disqualified.(e.g. taking pictures of your screen with a cell phone or camera instead of an original.)
Post your platform and gamertag or have your gamertag visible in the picture.
Using 3rd party editors(e.g. photoshop) is highly discouraged, but minor tweaks are fine.
Don't downvote other peoples posts, this will not help you win.
Dates are today the 17th to Friday the 22nd at 18:00 EST for submissions.

Above all have fun and we look forward to seeing you hitting the streets for some awesome Blazing Shots photos.

Note The 10,000 CC reward is not a code, it is manually added from Ivory Tower so Gamertags and platforms are a must!

The credit should happen within a few days of the announced winner.

Suggestion - Retractable Roof for Cars or Start Adding Spyder Versions of Cars?

I'm quite surprised that there is no option to let you retract the roof or remove the roof of your vehicle, how cool would this feature be, it would be something that would make the immersion that much more better and would be nice to drive around the map with the roof down in your vehicle, if this is something that cant be implemented any chance of adding roofless version of the cars, Lamborghini Huracan Evo Spyder would be great start as that is such beautiful car..

Edit - Can some comments suggest what cars would be great editions to the game that have versions without a roof..

(New) Fastest Follower Method

This is even faster than the monster truck method. To do this you need: Max Level (250) PowerBoat, game magnet parts. Put all comfort points on popular. Go to Über Dam and do the race on Ace, and you will earn more than 5,000 followers per race, (this may vary depending on how many icon points you have on popular) and the race should take no more than 1:30. This race is also the fastest money method of you put all your icon points on Rich. I personally have fame magnet with rich and popular part.

It looks like this game gets content updates regularly. Will that continue to be the case? I don't think Heat is going to have that much longevity. As a new player, should I drop the $60 on this or just go to Heat? Am I coming in too late?
