Do car bundles change/rotate?

Until about a week ago I hadn't played this game in about a year and ice been having a good time, bought all of the car bundles that were available and I'm curious, do they change? One of my end goals in this game is to own all the cars and bundles offer a nice discount. Curious if I should start buying other cars or continue saving for future bundles.

So I just got the G29 wheel and checked the forum where it says I need to map them manually, but the buttons don't appear as actual PlayStation buttons. Maybe it has to do with the PS3/PS4 switch but I'm not sure. Can anyone help please?
